Cluthc or Syncros
I have been having second doubts on which is wrong with my car. The previous owner said that they replaced the clutch but im not sure. The thing is, it grinds bad through 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd if you try to shift fast or normal pace. If you take your good old time, then it will shift fine. 3rd to 4th can be rough sometimes, but not always. What do you guys think?

Grab well is good, as far as it goes.
But the clutch has another job: which is, to RELEASE. To stop grabbing altogether when you push the pedal.
That's what it's not doing right.
Might not be the clutch itself; or it might be the installation. Might be that it needs a pilot bearing and the person who changed the clutch didn't replace it.
But in any case, all the synchros in the trans, don't all just miraculousaly go bad exactly the same way at exactly the same time. Doesn't happen. If you had ONE gear that crashes, then yeah, maybe that synchro is bad; but ALL gears crash, it isn't the synchros. It's something outside the transmission that affects all of them equally.
Namely, the clutch. Something about the clutch is fornicated.

So I can get the stock replacement RAM clutch kit with the pressure plate, disc, bearing, and alignment tool to try and correct this problem?

Yes, you could do that.
Or, you could take it apart, and see if you can spot the problem, and just fix that one thing.
A common cause of mystery clutch malfunction is "mechanical failure".... in this case, that woud be, where the last mechanic failed to replace the pilot bearing.
