How do I uninsatll the B&M Stage II kit?

How do I uninsatll the B&M Stage II kit?
I just recieaved the Transgo shift kit. Other than the seperator plate, do I need to uninstall the B&M stuff? If so, how? I don't have the manuals anymore, or the original springs if I had to replace them of course. I don't remember if that was part of the kit or not, been so damn long.
