Pressure Plate Help

How will I know how to bolt my pressure plate up the right way to have my engine in balance again. Is there specific lining dowels that make it easy? Or am I going to have to guess?

They're supposed to be neutral balance.

The clutch bolts are "special"; they have a shank that acts like a dowel pin, to force the clutch to line up with the flywheel. DO NOT use regular bolts. You can help the line-up process during installation, by being careful to hold the pressure plate up while first putting in the bolts (don't let it just hang there), and tightening the clutch bolts in a circle, like one turn on each bolt then tighten the next one turn then tighten the next one turn etc. Put the disc on the flywheel with the alignment tool, then do the clutch as I described, and it should be fine.

Don't forget that when you put the throwout bearing onto the fork, the little "ears" on the fork go ENTIRELY INSIDE the groove of the throwout; and NOT "clipped" onto the back side of the throwout.

And, don't forget to replace the pilot bearing or bushing.
