What stall converter?

Car: 1992 Z28 Camaro w/70k
Engine: 427 w/4" Mufflex Exhaust
Transmission: 700R4 3500 stall
Axle/Gears: 4.10:1
What stall converter?
I have just ordered through TPIS their ZZ-409 Camshaft and curious how do I know which stall speed converter to use? I currently have a 2400stall. Is that good enough? Or should I go higher? Any input is appreciated, thanks!
