Car: 88 Tran Am

Engine: 350 tbi

Transmission: T-5

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt, 327 gears

9 bolt carrier

i want to put a posi unit in my 88 trans am. guy i know has a carrier and gears from a 9 bolt rearend. will this work in a 10 bolt rearend? and help would be appreciated.

Actually they are called 9bolt and 10 bolt for a reason, their different!

im sure he'll sell it. ill ask him when i see him next week to make sure. give me your email and ill email you when i find out. anyone got any 10 bolt posi carriers laying around?
