t56 bellhousing??
Just a quick question about the bellhousing, it's off a 94 LT1 and I wanna swap it over to my 87 Iroc 5-speed. I have a vortec engine out of a 98 chev 1/2 ton and put the stealthram intake on it. So far the 5-speed is all right but I know it will tap out on me if I start flogging it . I'm just looking for some straight info regarding the swap. I can't find the right thread with the search feature. Thanx again for any info you guys might have

oh yeah, forgot to mention the 6-speed is off a 94 camaro roll-over. Its pretty cheap so I was going to pick it up and use it mainly for the tranny swap. Anyone need the engine? 120K and new optispark system

Yes the bell housing will bolt to that motor.
Make sure you put a pilot bushing or bearing in the crank, otherwise you WILL destroy the transmission quickly.
