your in luck, tranny mounts are not hard to replace. Should take less than 20 minutes to do once your bird is on jacks. Use a jack to hold the tranny up then remove the 4 bolts on the tranny bar then unbolt the tranny mount.

Thats cool, at first i thought it was the engine mounts but today i found out the tranny mount is the prob. is it possible to put it in without removing the crossmember bar?

Axle/Gears: 10bolt 3.23's I think
Damned if I can remember for sure but I think it's possible, even if you need to remove the crossmember it's really only a twenty minute job

You can try removing the bolt that holds the tranny mount to the cross member and jack the rear of the tranny up. You still need to get to the bolts that hold the rubber mount to the tranny itself. I've never personally done this route but it may work.
