how do i fix this

Well i installed a new water pump today and i guess when i put the lower radiator hose back on i damaged the lower tranny line that runs in the radiator. Well i started it and noticed tranny fluid pouring from the fitting so i cut the car off and loosened the tranny line and tightened in back up and now it pours even worse out of the fitting? How do i fix this and what causes this?

tranny cooler

my friend told me since its leaking out of the fitting i can use a aftermarket tranny cooler to fix this. Will a aftermarket tranny cooler cool my tranny enough since i wont be using the one in the radiator anymore since it leaks? And if this will fix my tranny cooler what brand w/ part number tranny cooler do you'll recommend for my 89 350 iroc 700r4
