toqueconverter loose?

Havent checked yet but it almost sounds like the exhaust is hitting under the tunnel but its not, could it possibly be a loose converter? Car shifts fine.

Could possibly be a torque convertor bolt has worked loose and hitting something.

Typically when convertors go south they squeel and screech like a stuck pig, they dont tick like lifters.

If the bolts worked loose they can make some ticking or banging. Its not too hard to check, pull the 4 bolts on the cover and check the 3 bolts on the TC
