made an adjustable shifter stop
i got bored today,it was raining out and couldnt get the motor in today, so i broke out the welder and made my self an adjustable shifter stop for 2nd gear. i have gone through two 1-2 shift forks due my constant abuse on my car. I have a bad habit of trying to pull the shifter out of the floor on the one-two shift. I know i could have purchased a shifter with them already there, but hey, cant hurt to try. It should get the job done. I have one piece that is shaped like an "L" and 2 other pieces welded on, supporting the back and front, and when i saw welded, I WELD THE CRAP OUT OF IT! Sorry for the crappy pic, i let my friend borrow my digi cam, i took this with a cell phone.
