Does anybody have one that will allow you to use the LT pull style clutch? and doesn't require you to change to the LS input shaft? I have a Mcleod 8710-15 and it's not happening, so how about lakewood or tilton?

 

I'm running into the same prob, I called McLeod up and they told me they get the same question 7-8 times a day, and the corporate bosses are talking about making one in the near future

No one makes the scattersheild for LT1 outside of McCleod.

That's why I went LS1 T56 (all thirdgen clutch parts, adapter plate and pilot bearing make it fit.)

 

Mcleods 8710-15 is intended for the LT T-56 but. You need to change to LS shaft and to a push style clutch like the LS. I'm pretty tight with the boys down at Mcleod and I think i'm going to take a torch to my 8710-15 and do some R&D. Red (the former owner) and I have conversed over this topic and he has given me some direction on the matter. We'll see what happens.
