You can pick up the lock up switch that goes through the hole in the brake pedal bracket, from a GM dealer.
Try to get a used stock shifter, as it will most likely have the neutral switch on it. I'm sure you will be able to find one with the cable as well. Then, just drill a hole in the tunnel for the cable, and fab up a plate that you can screw to the hole in the tunnel. You can use the existing screws from your manual rubber boot. The stock shifter will fit right in the area, where it normally would on a auto equipped car.
You will need a prom from an automatic equipped car also. That way the converter will lock/unlock at the correct MPH.
