Having trouble with 700r4 shiftpoints.

Engine: GM Crate ZZZ HO 350, Edelbrock head
Transmission: Rebuilt 700r4 all TransGo and Beast
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt with 3.73 gears
Having trouble with 700r4 shiftpoints.
I just swapped from tpi to carb and now im having some shift point problems. first, it shifts a little too late when normal driving, and also it shifts way too early at wot...like 3750 at the latest. is this a tv cable problem? maybe the new throttle brakcet? throttle return spring not hooked up right? i might not even be getting full throttle from putting the pedal to the floor...there might be some more throw left in it. either way it feels a little late and a little hard on all the shifts (not like a bang, but still throws you back). maybe im just used to driving my other car (hard shift thing), but i can tell the tranny should be shifting and it waits a couple hundred rpms with almost no acceleration.

definately check that tv cable, that was the problem with mine that i fixed today, it wanted to shift around 3000 even 3500 sometimes, today i couldnt even get 4th gear until i fixed it

i found the one today. holley makes it, and that was my problem. too much room between the cables bracket and the throttle blade.
