belive the converter is slipping
this has been an on going thing but i thought id post and see what ch yall thougght about it
when im driving at partial throttle it seems to go back in forth between rpms aand at wot its fine and letting off the throttle its fine also it does it between 2500 and 3000 rpms PLZ HELP ME

Engine: 5.0 ltr
Transmission: 4L60
Axle/Gears: 10bolt 3.23's I think
could be low fluid pressure, possibly a bad pump.. could be a couple other things also. you could also be correct, could be a bad torque converter, I would recommend a pressure test to start
