i can't for the life of me find anywhere that says how much transmission fluid i'm supposed to be filling in an empty tranny.

i just recently resurrected my 92 RS and the tranny is acting weird (rough shifts into random gears, not very smooth, etc..)

so if anyone can please lead me in the right direction..

also, i'm planning on using DexronIII/Mercon

 

is this tranny rebuilt with a new torque convertor or did you just drop the pan and change the filter?

 

oh i forgot to mention, it's a manual. i'm assuming it's a T5?

then i will have to let someone else answer that. i've never messed with the filling a t-5. i just know to fill it till it comes out the fill hole. how much that is i'm not sure about

i think it's a rather simple question that any thirdgen aficionado can answer.. i'm heading off the Kragen to buy the stuff... anybody?
