Which yoke for a LT1 T56?

A friend of mine told me not to use a Th350 yoke on my T56 trans as the 350 yoke will cause vibrations.
Isn't those yokes the same?

When I search up part numbers for yokes for T56 on Summits homepage I get two answers: One with a 1310 yoke and one with a 1350 yoke.
What's the difference between them? The length?
I'm a little confused here. Is both of them correct for my LT1 T56 transmission?

1310 and 1350 refer to ujoint sizes. 1310 is most likely the stock size. 1350 is a heavy duty joint used in racing and came stock on trucks.
