Highway rumble noise @55-70mph

Hi, I have a question about a strange noise coming from my 84 TA when I reach at least 55mph but it seems to go away at around 70+??

sound is noticable but there is no vibration, only a low rumble near to a throaty exhaust tone. seems to go away after reaching about 65-70mph. ive heard from just talking to ppl that it could be torque converter, or gears, but how can i test??

any ideas?? thanks
