got my new driveshaft in

finally after like 4 months of searching for parts and dealing with delinquent companies i finally got my 3.5" aluminum driveshaft with full 1350 ujoints bolted in last night. looks sweet. they whole job went pretty smooth excepting that the axle housing had some kind of a casting tab sticking out and hitting the new pinion yoke which i needed to cut off. got some pics of the driveshaft. i though i just looked funnt next to the crappy steel (its painted) driveshaft.

For some reason the steel shaft actually looks bent. Maybe it's just the picture.

I'll bet the aluminum one runs smooth at speed.
