Hi have an 89 camaro rs with manual trans. heres the problem, for a while I have not been able to downshift into 3rd gear from 4th, it is like it has something blocking it. So when I am coming off the freeway and down shifting from 4th I have to hlod the clutch down and put it half way into second then put it into third and it goes in easily. But now when I do this it seems like it gets stuck right before it gets into 3rd and I cant move my shifter and have to yank it out to be able to shift again..... Does anyone have any help thanx

check out your linkage something may be getting hung up
