Car: 85 iroc, 96 z28 ss, 03 Silverado
Engine: 305, lt4, lingenfelter ls2
Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.73, 4.10
Which rear end
My 87 Iroc rear end just went out. What should i put in. Its got a 305, with 700r4 tranny.
I'd go with a 3.23 or better ratio if it were me. 2.73's suck and 3.08's aren't much better. I'm running 3.23's behind my 305/700r4 and they work great. I also ran 3.42's for a while, and they were really nice too.
