th400 bolt up with out modification ?

Car: 1984 camaro
Engine: 2.8l to 383 stroker
Transmission: t5 to th400
Axle/Gears: 12 bolt soon with 3.73s
th400 bolt up with out modification ?
will a th400 bolt right up with out mods besides torque arm and cross member or do i have to modify the tranny tunnel ?
