Kickdown cable mounting on my new edelbrok carb. Help

Kickdown cable mounting on my new edelbrok carb. Help

So i need to know what bracket or if its a braket to buy for the kickdown cable or tv cable for the tranny that hooks into the carb. the cable is fried too and i need a new one is it hard to replace? Thanks.

Ok, if I understand you correctly you need the thing that attatches the kickdown (tv) cable to the carb.. It it just a little stud that screws into the opposite side of where you attached to throttle cable. Part #350-8018 on http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...24131_-1_10313 . As for replacing the cable itself, I don't think that its too hard, although I have only done it when the motor and tranny are out of the car, but I can't see it being that big of a deal if you can get under your car.
