Car: 84 firebird T/A
Engine: shinny 350
Transmission: slush box L65
Axle/Gears: Torsen "3.73"
hurst dual gate
Anybody install this in a 84 firebird?
console is different than camaro and the center section where the provided shifter plate is supposed to go is longer on stock firebird console.
I think it might be better to cut the gate pattern in the existing console cover than to use the cheaply painted one you get with the shifter.
Anyone done that?
