help with th350 swap

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt posi with 373 ring and pini
help with th350 swap

guys i need some help i have no idea how to take the bushing off my torque arm bracket i dont want to mess something up and not beable to get everything to bolt up and fit correctly any idea how i get this off so i can put it on my new torque arm brack from hurst

Engine: SLOW carbed ls
Transmission: TH400 with brake, 8" PTC converter
Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
unbolt the outer bracket then pull the trans then unbolt the inner brackets. Bolt the conversion bracket to the trans and pop it in.

simple,

remove the clamp bolt to allow the outer clamp bracket and rubber bushing to come off- and it will very easily

drop the old tranny and bolt the hurst main bracket to the th350 and install the th350 tranny and use the original outer clamp bracket and bushing

i think if you are replacing a 700r4 then you have to use both the aftermarket brackets unlike when you go from a 200 trans to a 350 trans
i forget which ones you get to use the original outer clamp with

yes my old trany is a 700r4 but my bushing are ribbeted onto it

buy a poly bushing while you have it all apart, just take notice on whether the lips on the torque arm face the trans or face away from the trans.
