what is the difference between RS and IROC?

It seems like there are more RS verts around then Irocs.
What are the differences in the RS's?
Brakes?
Suspension parts?
Etc?

This will eventually become a 355 4 barrel hyd roller motor, 5 speed street/hot lap car with all the usual suspension mods and shocks and springs.
Just wondering how much farther behind the 8 ball I will be starting with an RS?

Thanks
Evan

the RSs came with TBI, no fog lights, the z has quicker steering ratio, 16" rims and just little stuff like that, some also had the G92 rear

You want to know the big difference between RS & IROC convertible, about $5000 when bought new.

You can find all the answers your need with a simple search. This topic has been answered before.

Sway bars on the IROC/Z28 are 34mm or 36mm front, compared to 32mm front on the RS. The rears are 23 or 24mm on the IROC/Z28, and 21mm on the RS.
G92 rear means the higher ratio gears, positraction, and usually also rear disc brakes.
