What gears for my car?

What gears for my car?
My plans are switching from TPI to LT1. Also 1.6RRs and shorty headers with a new catback. My car currently has a T56. What do you guys think for rear gears. Im thinking 3.73s...will these be good with the LT1/T56 combo. What about 4.10s? Either one will be fine on the highway with 6th gear so im not concerned about that part. Mostly concerned about which will give me the best performance. Also if i went 4.10s, is there more work then just swapping a gear set or will they "bolt" right in like 3.73s? Not sure. I have 3.23s currently.

Axle/Gears: 3.55
i vote for 4.10's they will bolt in aslong as its a 3 series carrier. you have 6 gears so 4.10's are like running 3.42 in a 700r4.
