Megashifter no Park
ok well just installed the megashifter on friday and now I can't get her to go into park the shifter is working fine but the car will roll and make a clicking sound so I'm having to park on a flat level surface. I think it might have to do with the bracket position on the trany pan but not sure any ideas thanx

U need to readjust the shifter cable.
Did it come with a cable or does it reuse the stocker?
Either way, set it with both in neutral and then go thru the motion and double check park and first gear.

I've got the same problem with my brothers Firebird. Mine still has the problem just something different. Either you have to slam it in park but no First gear or have the same problem colt's got and be able to use first gear. We got a new cable with ours and used it. It's been adjusted numerous times to no avail.
