RPM with new gear????

Engine: 305 TBI, 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4 Both Cars
Axle/Gears: 3.23 Posi.. 4 wheel disc both cars
RPM with new gear????
I now turn 2250 at 60 MPH in overdrive with a 3.23 gear....Any idea what the RPM will be with a 3.73???? Also, do you guys think that will be too much gear for my 305??? I only do around 13 miles one way to work on the hiway, so I dont really drive the car alot....Am thinking it might lower my 1/4 mile time...Thanks for any input on this subject.Who all is running a 3.73 with a basicly stock 305??????..Tom

Ok, man Thanks for the input...I was just a little afraid of that much gear, I have the option of 3.42, or 3.73....I think I am greedy tho, and want the 3.73.........What kind of a difference will it make going from 3.23 to 3.73..???? .I just changed from 2.71 to the 3.23........Thanks again...Tom
