I have a'92 RS--3.1 Automatic.....On some days it will drive just fine then it will start acting like it is kicking in and out of the passing gear or just shifting up and down when appying slight pressure to the gas pedal or on an incline,it does this kinda fast like it is surging ...Then it will stop as quickly as it started..I put a new TPS on recently..Could this be a trans problem or a fuel delivery problem or neither?....Thanks,Chad

 

Sound like it could be ignition. Try a set of plug wires.
