TransGo Shift Kit 2B installed! Auto or Full Manual? Qty Spacers?

Car: 1990 IROC-Z 350Stealthram 11.61@120
Engine: 350 Stock Bore&Stroke
Transmission: 700R4 Auto/Vigilante 2600
Axle/Gears: 3.42 Stock 10 bolt
TransGo Shift Kit 2B installed! Auto or Full Manual? Qty Spacers?
For those of you who have the kit installed on your 700R4 or those of you who install these kits, what should I tell my installer to do?
Automatic or Full Manual? What is the difference?
Also, my car currently runs 12.50's on motor and 11.80's on 100HP shot of
N20 (with a 1.6 second activation delay).
I don't know how many spacers to tell the installer to put. 1, 2, or 3
? Is 3 too agressive for taking the car out to cruise every once in a while?
For those running similar numbers, please post your response.

I do not use the spacers. I install new pistons and put a white spring in the 3-4 and a green spring in the 1-2.
