T56 reverse lockout solenoid?
I just did the T56 swap with a 1993 LT1 Borg Warner six speed into my 88 Iroc. I got the brake lights and reverse lights to work with no problems. Now when I try to hook up the reverse lockout solenoid I can hear it click and activate but it doesn't seem to work and make it any easier to get into reverse. The thread that shows how to hook this up says to find the three wires coming off the brake light with three wires that are red, yellow, and blue. It says to hook up the two outer wires and something about a ground but what goes to what? Does the wire in the middle go to a ground and the two outer wires go to the two wires coming off the solenoid connector? If anybody knows this please help.
