Driveshaft from 4th gen?

Will an aluminum driveshaft from a 4th gen fit in a 3rd gen? I thought they were all the same length, yoke, and splines, but I want to make sure before I throw down the cash.

I have a 3rd gen formula with a 5 spd, and want to ditch my steel shaft for an aluminum one. I know a guy with a 02 T56 car and he said he would sell me his driveshaft.

Will this work?
