9 bolt swap to 10 bolt...will the brakes switch over?

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: Pro 5.0 shifted T56
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.73 posi
9 bolt swap to 10 bolt...will the brakes switch over?
I have a 9 bolt with the sh*tty 2.77 gears and im looking at getting a 10 bolt 3.73. however i dont want to lose my rear disc brakes. can i pull my discs off my 9 bolt and put them right on my 10 bolt?

exactly what kind of modification is involved? this sounds expensive......

The mod is detailed on this site and isn't terribly difficult or expensive. I did, however, neglect to mention Ed Miller's new bolt-on modification.
