I just bought a B&M megashifter, i have removed te console and intend to install it myself, the stock shifter dosent look like it will be that hard to remove, and the mega shifter seem pretty straight foward. i was justwondering if anyone here whi has done it can tell me about setting the throws on the shfter, so i get the gears running properly. also what do you do about getting the cable that give you your keys back when in park. does it need to be fastened with tension or can it just hang loose in the car? i am very lost at this point ans dont want to pay f-body motorsprts to do it. If anyone can help or reccomend someone near charlotte nc i would be very appreciative.
