Driveability with 3500 stall under normal driving

I know this isn't thirdgen, but I'm really thinking about buying this (gasp) Mustang, and have a general automotive question and since this is the best tech board on the internet, please help out a guy going through thirdgen withdrawal, having just sold mine.

I found a car I'm thinking about buying. It's a 99 GT with the 4R70W tranny. Car has 3.73 gears and the following engine mods:
SCT XCal2 Handheld Tuner with 3 custom tunes programmed into it (allows owner to flash EEC and make small changes in some parameters)
- VT Stage 1 cams
- BBK 75mm TB
- BBK Upper Intake Plenum
- FRPP Underdrive Pullies
- JLT Cold Air Intake w/ large conical K&N filter and heat shield
- Off-road H-pipe
- Steeda Cat-Back (basically it’s Borla with Steeda’s name on it, sounds very nice, “STEEDA” etched on the chrome tips)
- FRPP 3.73 Gears
- Car made 260 RWHP and 270 RWTQ on a Mustang Dyno in OKC (have dyno sheet)

The tranny has also been rebuilt in "heavy duty" fashion, and has a PI stallion 3500 stall converter. I have little experience with stall converters, but this seems a little high for a street car. How will a stall speed like this affect normal driving. I know what happens when you stomp on it, but what will it be like pulling away from a stop light? Will this thing be driveable? I love everything about this car, but I'm leary about the tranny setup. This car is 6.5 hours away from me, so I can't really just go take it for a test drive very easily.

Thanks,
Eric

3500 is a small converter these days, it should be fine.

Also

any mustang site would have tons more info than here.

I've posted up on some mustang sites, but I've trusted this sight for so long now, and I have great confidence in people on this board and value their judgement.

Thanks for your response. My primary concern is I don't want this thing revving to 3000 rpm at a stoplight before it really starts to go anywhere.
