what would i need to do to a t5 to be able to handle a procharged(otherwise stock) 305tpi?

Of course, that all partly depends on your definition of "handle", and how well the motor is tuned, and how aggressive the driver is.

never launch it hard from a stop unless you got some shitty worn out tires on it.
if you get good grip and try to launch hard you will ruin it
other than that...accelerating hard from a decent roll shouldn't really hurt it.

you would need to replace nearly all the internals, and there are kits for it. The other issue would be the case, i've not heard its terribly strong :-x tbh it'd be cheaper to buy a 4+1 richmond outta summit than to beef up a t5
