Leaking driveshaft YOLK!
Yes, that's right. The output shaft yolk is leaking. No, it's not the rear seal like everyone is going to tell me. I can actually watch the fluid pour out of a weep hole in the center of the yolk. So you probably thinking, "why doesn't he just plug the hole and be done with it?" I would but I've read that the hole is there to avoid air lock when the shaft slides in and out of the trans as the suspension move up and down. I also read that there should not be enough fluid in the tailshaft to cause a major leak.
If I park the car on a hill I can watch the fluid pour out of the hole so I know there is a steady supply of fluid coming into the tailshaft. I guess my question is...Am I missing a seal on the output shaft inside the tailhousing, could my yolk itself be causing the problem (Not the original yolk), or could I possibly have overfilled the trans?? Give me some ideas.

It is the incorrect yoke. You can plug the hole or get one without the hole, which is what the stock yoke was like (no hole).
The yoke's with a hole in them are typcially used on trucks. They have an additional O-ring on the output shaft to prevent leaks. And before you ask, no, I have no idea if an O-ring can be fit to the output shaft.
RBob.

You Sir, are the man! That's just what I wanted to hear. I'll plug it tonight. Now on to the rest of the problems with the tranny. Shifting issues. Maybe I need a governor change.
