i have a 1988 iroc with a 5.7 automatic trans and my friend is selling me some 373 richmond gears but he bouthg them for a 1994 z28 10 bolt i was wondering if these gears will fit my car and how do i know if my car is a 10bolt thanks tried searching but go to many results could find what i was looking for

 

to find out what rear you have you can take a look at the rear and count bolts in the cover. if it has 10 then you have a ten bolt. the gears will fit if you have a ten bolt and they were made for what ever series carrier you have.
