Car: 88 iroc convert
G92 rear end?

I've got a 88 iroc with rpo code g92. is this any ting special?

G92 = "performance gear ratio". It means different things depending on what year the car is and what drivetrain is in it, especially whether it's automatic or stick. In some years it also got you the dual cat exhaust but I can't recall about 88.

As far as being "special", I can't answer to that. It's "optional", and certainly "desirable" to most of us, but that's about the extent of it.
