T56 slave bleeding?

A friend of mine just did a t56 tranny conversion on his 91 Camaro Z28 and he is having trouble bleeding air out of the hydraulics. What is the correct way to do it and where is the bleeder valve located. The car starts fine however he is unable to get the car into gear when its on. There is clutch feel but im assuming its just not disengaging enough to allow him to go into gear. Is this an air in the lines problem or does the clutch pedal need to be adjusted?
