how can you find out what type of transmission you have in your car?

Axle/Gears: Limited Slip 3.23's

Listing the car and year would be helpful. Your 88 will have a 700R4 if it's an auto, a T-5 if manual.

thanks. i have an automatic so it would be a 700R4.
