No, they're not. A V6 bellhousing will not fit a V8 engine, and vice versa.

As a matter of fact, the 5 speed transmissions themselves are not the same either. Don't use a V6 transmission for your V8 swap. You can use a V8 transmission with a V6 as long as you use a newer clutch disk.

Plus, you only have 7 posts so I wasn't sure how much info you already had.
Just for extra info, if you keep watching these boards, you can get your swap done cheap. I bought my V8 T5 swap complete for 500 bucks from here! I got everything, including the crossmember and the pedals/hydraulics strapped to a pallet. Even the flywheel and old clutch kit came with it!!
