Does anybody know where to get a 700r4 governor? Right now my transmission shifts out of 1st gear at 5000rpm and out of 2nd gear at 4500rpm at full throttle. I have checked ant adjusted the t/v cable and it is not binding or anything. I want all full throttle shifts to occur at 5500 rpm not 5000rpm like they do now.

 

There are kits that allow you to custom tailor your part and full throttle shift points. They are made by tci, B&M Fairbanks etc. Check www.summitracing.com
