Knock/clunk in the 2-3 shift?

My 700r4 still shifts fine through all gears, except I hear/feel a knock/clunk sound when it shifts from 2-3. You can also feel it in the pedal. If I shift from 1-2 at 2000 rpm, its fine. If I shift from 2-3 at 2000rpm I hear/feel it. The 3-4 shift at 2000 rpm is fine. So I know it's not anything loose under the car or it would do it on all shifts at 2000 rpm.

Here is the wierd part, you can feel it/hear it the most at lower rpms. If It shifts at 3000 + rpm, you cannot feel/hear it at all. All the shifts including the 2-3 shift are all firm and snappy like always. I also did a WOT 2-3 shift, and it was nice and snappy like always.

Any ideas?

I posted a long-winded shpeel about the "2-3 shift clunk" (search that title). Got some good replys. I haven't installed my modded TransGo shift kit yet, but Dana at Pro Built says one of the mods that kit does helps the wretched 2-3 shift clunk.
