TCI Pro-Super Rebuild Kit???
Guys,
I have a 1989 Formula with 700R4. I am building this car for bracket racing. I currently have an LT4 right now. I am looking to rebuild the tranny before the track. Has anyone rebuilt their 700R4 with the Pro-Super Rebuild Kit from TCI? If so, will that be stout enough for bracket racing? What other major mechanical things do I need to do to the tranny before racing. BTW..the rear end gear is a 3.73. Any help would be appreciated.

stay far away from that kit and contact Dana @ Probuilt www.700r4l60e.com and discuss with him your intentions and he will put together a customized rebuild kit specifically for you, can't get any better. Also please use a high end torque converter like edge, vigilante, yank and a hd trans cooler.

probuilt is good, however if you dont have the cash for that....you can do 700raptor.com
