im looking for some info on switching from a driven gear to a VSS. i pulled the VSS from a firebird, and it fit right into my T5. problem is, with the clamp fully tightened, the VSS still rotates a little in its bore. seems like maybe there was a different clamp on the firebirds T5. doesn't seem to leak, so is this normal?
