switching from a 2.73 to 3.27? which speedo gears will i need? drive? driven?

i read the tech article and 2.73/3.27 =.834486 which means the gears will be spinning at 83 percent of the original speed, correct? what are the stock drive/driven gears for 2.73? what combo do i need to make my speedo correct?

 

17t drive
45t driven
25.7" od of tire

 

it that the factory or the new set i'd need for my speedo to be correct?

 

the new set for the 3.27 9 bolt you are wanting to install(i used to have one before i installed the 4th gen rear)

 

thanks i just reviewed the tech article and it will be traveling at 82 percent of the indicated speed which is close enough. so 17-45 it will be. thanks again

 

sorry to dig this old thread up but i cant seem to make sense of this anymore.

1: what is the factory drive/driven set for a 2.73 rear?
2: what do i need for it to read correctly with the 3.27's i have now?
3: do i need a different driven gear housing?


i cant thank you enough for helping me out since i joined, i feel like such an a** for asking so many questions i just want to get the job done right.
