Transmission and engine not properly bolted

I was performing an oil change the other day and noticed the transmission and the engine were not completely joined together.

When i park there is a spotty line of oil right in the middle of the two.

Where can i get more bolts, what are they called and where from?

Is the black oil I see, more likely tranny fluid or engine oil?

All input appreciated...thanks!!!

Re: Transmission and engine not properly bolted

are you sure they arent completely together? if that were the case i'm pretty sure your car wouldnt go anywhere. what youre probably seeing is the black plastic thing that goes over the tranny, that doesnt sit flush with the motor.
