I purchased a 86 Iroc with a blown motor and no transmission but due to snow I have not been able to take delivery of it. I am putting in a 350 if that matters. It originally had a 700R4 in it, and I am trying to get another one but after doing research on 700R4's I am afraid that I will get one that will not work. Basically my question is how many if any electrical hook-ups are on the original tranny that came in the car. I found one local (out of a 91 rs V8) that has 2 electrical hookups but I don't want to buy the wrong one. Any help or info would be great, I did search but could not find any exact answers to my questions.
