I have a stock 10 bolt and the Jegster torque arm. I was wondering how difficult it is to make it work with a Moser 9 inch. I am looking for mods, pics, comments and problems from actual users. I am supposed to go get a third member out of an early 70s ford truck soon and I am trying to prepare for surprises.

 

if the moser 9" is designed for the f-body, with the torque arm provision, it should not be a problem.

 

All of the articles I have read claim the torque arm will not fit because the third member is so much bigger. Where as this makes sense, I am trying to find out how much modification is needed to make this work. I read in one that the tunnel has to be modified.

 

ive seen the floor mod, and i would think that if that is the case, it would be required for any torque arm setup at a specific ride height. Im quite sure that xpndbl3 is running a moser 9" with the jegster arm, maybe pm him and ask

 

I pretty much expected to "clearance" the floor, but I want to be prepared for everything. I am ordering my housing in a month and I am very ready to have the 7.5 out. I will PM him and see what he has to say. Thanks.
